The 4 gentlemen that came to do the work were courteous and pleasant; the arborist was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me clearly what and why certain things were being done. The men did a great job straightening the leaning Siberian Peashrub. I'm happy with the way it looks and that I don't have to cut it down. The team was also very friendly, cautious and respectful.

They removed a very large ash tree from my back yard. We discovered the tree had a large crack in it on a windy Saturday. We called Monday morning and they showed up that day for a quote and then returned later that day to strap the tree to avoid any danger. We had just tilled and seeded our back lawn and wanted to avoid it being damaged. They came three weeks later with a crane and lifted the tree out of the yard into the parking lot behind. The only way you could tell they were there was the missing tree. There was no debris left in my yard or the parking lot. They also helped moved all of my furniture and plants and replaced them when finished. The whole job took about two hours.

On Monday, November 5th, your crew arrived to remove several large trees, prune bushes and erect a squirrel nesting box - the latter being something we're sure you're not often called upon to do! It was a real pleasure to see the hard work and exceptional skill that each member of the team applied to the job. They handled the bucket lift in a way that appeared almost like they were wearing it. The team worked non-stop. They did an excellent job in removing an old squirrel nesting box and replaced it with the new one, making sure it was extra secure. They felled a dead maple tree without a scratch on the bushes below. They then cleaned the area so thoroughly you would never know there had been anything there. In fact, they went beyond in piling up some leaves with their leaf blowers that would have taken my husband and me hours (in our late 70's we're not as fast as we used to be) to do with a rake. Throughout this, they were cheerful, helpful, and very considerate.
 
I'd also like to thank Marion who, as the first point of contact, was extremely efficient, patient, and pleasant in trying to arrange a suitable time for the work in that we had to be there.
The team is a great asset to your business and wonderful ambassadors for the profession.

Last Monday, we had your team take down three maples in our backyard. We were impressed with Matt who came out and explained to us why we needed to remove the trees. He indicated that his team would be back as soon as possible. Within a week we had a quote and the trees were removed. It was incredible to see how the team was able to precisely take down the trees without any damage to our yard.

We have just had 2 Ottawa Valley guys to thin out two large maples in our backyard. Great job, professionally and competently done. All debris taken away and the backyard cleaned up. Since one tree overhangs three other properties, it was essential that there was no interference across the fences and so we were happy to see that this was done. They even swept the driveway and road, replaced all the downspout extensions and swept the paths and raked the lawn – it’s difficult to know they were here. Very pleasant and friendly duo who did all the work.
